Service Description

A traditional yoga class suitable for all, from complete beginners upwards. The class will include core strengthening, flowing movements, and gentle stretching with modifications and options to make postures easier or harder, depending on your needs. Depending on time, we will cover some breathing and pranayama and end the class with relaxation.
