Service Description
Suzanne will guide you through a set sequence of Sun Salutations, standing, seated, and finishing postures. Open to all abilities and heavily influenced by David Swenson, modifications are given so this fantastic and challenging type of Hatha Yoga is available to everyone. Suzanne completed her Ashtanga teacher training with David Swenson and attends his classes and workshops whenever she can. She follows his philosophy of making the practice enjoyable and accessible for all so expect a fun and educational class! Suzanne regularly practices with her teacher Claire Berghost, one of John Scott's senior yoga teachers.
